I would like to pass on our thanks for your response to the Government’s JobKeeper program.

I imagine that while we were all trying to get our head around it and whether we would qualify, your team has obviously been working around the clock to make it functional within Unipay. While COVID-19 has thrown challenges to everyone across the world, we all respond differently in a crisis.

We have been super impressed with the Unipay response and wanted to pass on our appreciation, which has been fast, yet professional and resulted in a very user friendly and efficient upgrade. The effort required to make these changes in such a short period of time must have been some challenge, yet to us was a seamless transition and one less thing for us to worry about.

While we were cautious processing our first JobKeeper pay period, we found it worked really well and the report that was created made our decisions straight forward, as the information we needed was at our fingertips.

We have also sent a number of emails with questions and had very timely responses and calls back when required – well done to all the support team, particularly Jane who we have been in regular contact with.
